The following courses come with a 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

If the course isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase date and we'll refund you in full. After 7 days, course purchases are final.
Customers in the European Union: 14 days
If you live in the European Union, you have 14 days from your purchase date to request a refund on any purchase from HeatherStudio, including courses, digital downloads and templates.
Digital downloads and templates
Digital files, templates, guides and add ons (for example the Black Friday Content Engine and the Microniche Blueprints) are delivered instantly and are permanent, so outside the European Union they are final sale once purchased. If you have a problem with a download or a file, contact us and we'll fix it.
Coaching programs
Coaching programs such as StudioOS are covered by their own agreement, which you receive before you enroll.
How to request a refund
Email hello@heatherxstudio.com within your refund window with the email address you used to purchase and the product name. Customers in the European Union, please also include your country. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and course access ends once the refund is processed.
